  • 🌐 Expand our artisan network to 50 members.
  • 🛖 Host an annual cultural summit in Nuñoa.

Meet the Team

Elena learnt to speak Quechua by herself and Elwin grew up speaking Quechua with her grandparents and now both create programs to keep the language alive and to empower Quechua communities in the digital era.

⚛️ I am an Italian physicist who studied in Austria and currently works there. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new languages, crafting and anything that makes my creativity flies. In 2024, I co-founded Yupaychay-Quechua Network, reflecting my commitment to cultural preservation and community building.

💻 I am a Quechua researcher who studies the impact of human language technology on under-resourced languages. I am passionate about supporting quechua communities, and implementing programs for empowering them.
